1. All active users will begin earning Royal77 reward points with eligible bets placed starting 22th February 2023 00:00AM (GMT+08).
2. Users will only earn reward points for every eligible wager in Sports, Live Casino / Slot / Lottery. For details on how the reward points earned, users may refer to our VIP program details.
3. The cut off time for system to capture data will be 00:00:00(GMT+08) every Monday and the points will be distributed accordingly every Tuesday. However, it could be delays up to 1 Hour in capturing data, therefore any missed data will be captured in the next cycle.
4. All draw bets, VOID bets, cancelled bets, refunded bets, tie bets, bets placed on two opposite sides and all bet on excluded products will not be taken into the calculation or count towards any eligible wager in Royal77 Rewards.
5. Users are not allow to trade, combine or transfer Royal77 reward points with any other account, reward points earned are strictly non-transferrable.
6. All Royal77 reward points will only be valid for a certain period of time based on users’ VIP tier, for details on reward points validity users may visit https://rw.royal77bet.com/vip/index for more information. Reward points will be expired and not able to redeem after designated period of time.
7. Royal77 Reward Points strictly ONLY for redemption in Royal77 Rewards.
8. Personal details such as Full Name, Full Address, Valid Contact and Emails will be required upon redemption in Royal77 Reward. Royal77 will be not be responsible for lost goods resulting from invalid informations provided.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Strictly no changes / cancellation from users’ site can be made after submission.
